Our President

Leading Washington & Jefferson College, Elizabeth MacLeod Walls, focuses on fostering a supportive campus culture characterized by strong morale and community spirit. With experience developing and leading strategic initiatives that enhance reputation, increase enrollment, build financial stewardship, and launch strategic brands, Dr. MacLeod Walls embodies the ethics and values of the college, while promoting the success of W&J students, faculty and staff.

Our Values

Commited to integrity, honesty, respect, responsibility, and courage at the institutional level, W&J College's Ethics & Compliance Office oversees conduct college-wide to protect and preserve these values.
